ASL Interpreter

We are seeking a skilled ASL Interpreter to join our team. As an ASL Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality interpretation services to clients in a variety of settings, including medical, financial, and government institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and effective interpretation services in American Sign Language (ASL) and English
- Work with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying communication needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in interpretation
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- National current "RID" certification
- Ability to comply with healthcare safety standards, protocols, and procedures
- Excellent receptive and expressive sign-to-voice and voice-to-sign skills and proficiency
- Excellent listening, retention, critical thinking, and self-monitoring skills
- Have home access to the Internet
- State licenses held where required, willingness to obtain additional licensing
- Paid hourly
- W2 vs 1099
- Paid weekly (Friday)
- Kelly-sponsored Affordable Care Act health care coverage available for eligible employees
