The Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team, working closely with patients in their homes and offices. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples, processing specimens, and maintaining close communication with our patient experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit patients in their homes or offices, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience.
  • Collect blood samples, following safe and accurate procedures, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Process specimens, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with our operations and patient experience teams, ensuring seamless coordination.
Requirements
  • Phlebotomy certification from a recognized agency.
  • 1 year of phlebotomy experience, with a preference for mobile phlebotomy experience.
  • Experience processing samples, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Certification from a national agency, such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to drive in the dark, with early morning appointments possible.
  • Ability to physically access patients, including kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting, and reaching.
  • Ability to navigate patients' homes, including climbing stairs and carrying 15 pounds while walking.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • Proof of first shot of Covid-19 Vaccine by 30 days of employment.
  • Bonus Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish.
