Automotive Title Clerk

We're seeking a talented Automotive Title Licensing Clerk to join our team at Big Star Hyundai, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and processing legal documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles, verifying funds and lien holds, and ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.

• Prepare and process all legal documents needed for vehicle registration and titling
• Verify funds and lien holds for vehicle transactions
• Quality check all documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Responsible for billing out dealer trades as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1 year of experience in a title clerk position required
• 2 or more years of clerical and administrative experience preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products and general computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
