Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at IntelyCare, you will be responsible for delivering post-acute care to residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the physical and mental well-being of residents by monitoring their vital signs and tracking their health concerns.
  • Administering medications, verifying their accuracy, and maintaining proper medical supplies.
  • Contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents, including assisting with IV setup, vaccinations, and phlebotomies.
Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A current Rhode Island state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program.
  • At least six months of experience in an LPN or similar role.
