NICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Piedmont. As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our smallest and most vulnerable patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Monitor and manage patients with respiratory distress, failure, or other complex medical conditions.
- Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance patient care and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of a nursing program or new graduate of a nursing program eligible.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in the field of specialty, if applicable.
