Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of experience to fill this critical role. As a Clinical Care Specialist in the Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Cardiac and vasoactive drip titration experience
  • Cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
  • IV starts and blood product administration expertise
  • CIWA and drain/tube management capabilities
  • Indwelling and straight catheter insertion/management skills
  • Insulin drips - both DKA and non-DKA expertise
  • Continuous bladder irrigation and chest tube maintenance knowledge
