Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to cultivate and maintain lucrative client relationships. This is achieved by delivering tailored financial solutions that assist clients in achieving their objectives throughout the duration of the partnership.
This role necessitates a highly skilled and experienced relationship manager capable of working independently.
Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional client relationship management abilities, comprehensive product knowledge, technical proficiency, and strong transaction execution capabilities.
Effective credit process management is a vital aspect of this position.
Performance Metrics:
Success in this role will be evaluated based on effectiveness in various marketing areas, including but not limited to:
- Client outreach and engagement
- Proposal development
- Revenue generation
- Risk management
- Ability to foster successful relationships
- Commitment to long-term franchise growth
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of direct lending or credit support experience with an emphasis on business relationships
- Understanding of sales, loan processing, and closing procedures
- Formal credit training and/or underwriting experience
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services
- Proven ability to enhance loan portfolios, client relationships, and cross-sell banking products
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and business development skills
- A bachelor's degree in banking, finance, or a related field is preferred
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
40 hours per week.
