Job Summary:

C and C Roofing is seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Teamwork: Requires clear communication skills, initiative, good judgment, and a calm demeanor to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.
  • Safety and Compliance: Must be familiar with all company safety standards and policies, safe practices, and guidelines that pertain to the roofing industry to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Carpentry and Roofing Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in basic carpentry and broad knowledge of all roof products and installation (single ply, tile, shingle, and TPO) are essential for this role.
  • Physical Demands: Must be comfortable with heights and climbing ladders, as well as able to tolerate working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Tool Operation and Maintenance: Knowledge and experience using handheld and power tools are important for this position.
  • Reliability and Professionalism: Must be reliable, show up to work on time, and maintain a professional appearance while representing the company.
