- Support Structure: You will benefit from a comprehensive support system, including lead procurement, scheduling, operations, design & engineering, permitting, roofing, site assessment, installation teams, and a cutting-edge training division dedicated to your development.
What We Provide for You:
- Potential earnings of $175,000 annually through an uncapped compensation plan that includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, and incentive programs.
- A $10,000 sign-on bonus (earned within the first 90 days), with $1,000 awarded upon successful completion of Momentum Sales University.
- Up to $15,000 in annual production bonuses, in addition to existing bonuses.
- A standard 5-day work week (industry norm is 6+ days).
