Position Overview
As an MPaaS Analyst, you will be instrumental in collecting, preparing, and analyzing data to extract valuable insights. Your analytical recommendations will guide the creation and execution of effective solutions, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients.
In this position, you will work closely with MPaaS Sales Representatives and clients to comprehend their business requirements and establish clear specifications. Your analytical skills will help convert technical findings into persuasive sales presentations, supporting project management efforts to guarantee the successful implementation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize data collection tools and perform assessments to develop value propositions for clients.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses, identify areas for improvement, and propose enhancements.
- Collaborate with MPaaS Sales Representatives and clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and design optimized solutions.
- Assist in transforming technical findings into impactful sales presentations.
- Support project management to ensure the efficient and effective execution of solutions.
- Engage in integration projects to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular evaluations to identify issues or opportunities for enhancement.
- Participate in upselling initiatives when appropriate.
- Employ assessment systems in applications such as Tableau.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business assessments, analyzing output environments, defining user requirements, or IT project management.
- Proven experience in professional solutions, document management, output management, and document security.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into client-friendly presentations.
- Comfortable delivering potential solutions to clients in a presentation format.
- Experience with document assessment tools such as Tableau.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Valid Driver's License.
