Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mill Equipment Operator to join our team at Lignetics Inc. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain pellet mills, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform quality control testing of finished pellets, including measuring moisture content and durability.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the production process to identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including clearing sawdust and other debris.
  • Collaborate with other production team members to ensure smooth operation of the mill.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of production processes and equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-temperature and humid environment.
