About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Manager. This role is based in New York City, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular quality inspections at production partners to ensure products meet our standards.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to drive initiatives and improve product quality.
  • Address urgent quality issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements

This role requires 5-8 years of experience in upholstery and casegoods, quality assurance, and product development. Relevant education within the last 10-15 years is also necessary.
