As we navigate the surge of insurance claims resulting from recent storm damage, including hail and wind, we aim to enhance our workforce to meet the growing demands in the metropolitan area.

With a current revenue of $4 million from restoration projects and insurance-related construction, we are poised for significant growth, targeting $80 million to establish ourselves as one of the leading restoration companies in the region.
Role Expectations:
To manage the anticipated increase in workload, we are seeking 2-3 highly motivated and proactive individuals. The responsibilities of these roles will include:
- Providing essential support to homeowners by managing insurance claims.
- Preparing detailed estimates and conducting thorough inspections for storm damage.
Company Culture:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission structure ranging from $50,000 to $150,000.
- $50 per qualified inspection (average inspection duration: 45-60 minutes).
- Commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $1,000 to $5,000 per job).
- Annual company incentive trip to a luxury resort.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face.
- Able to climb ladders to access roofs when necessary.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Independent, self-disciplined, and proficient in time management (representatives create and manage their own schedules).
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to self-generate leads in addition to following up on office-generated leads.
- Must possess a smartphone capable of capturing images and videos during home inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and documenting properties for storm damage.
- Meeting with homeowners post-inspection to educate them on repair and claims processes and securing restoration agreements.
- Creating estimates for exterior damages.
- Engaging in marketing and lead generation to attract new prospects.
