Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Pathway Liaison to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client benefits and bed utilization processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with our utilization and insurance verification team to verify client benefits and funding sources for our Substance Use Disorder continuum clients.
  • Update client census on a daily basis to reflect accurate funding sources and bed allocation.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of spreadsheets to track bed allocation and productivity.
  • Verify clinical documentation prior to billing to ensure accurate services are billed to the correct funding sources.
  • Collaborate with our Director to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
  • Audit clinical documentation to identify errors and assist in tracking corrections related to billing needs.
  • Provide administrative support for MAT grant enrollment and tracking.
  • Liaise with our accounts receivable team to reconcile productivity vs. billing discrepancies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Administrative experience and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word required.
  • Data entry and navigation of electronic medical records and client benefits software expected.
  • Previous experience working face-to-face with individuals in an office/clinic setting preferred.
Working Conditions

This position will take place in an office setting with occasional travel between McNabb services locations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
