Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Store Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor with merchandising and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room
  • Support the sales floor with merchandising and inventory management, including receiving and stocking products, rotating inventory, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Assist with receiving and processing shipments, including unloading trucks and verifying inventory
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
