Job Responsibilities:

As a Lead Preschool Educator, you will oversee the daily operations of the classroom, ensuring the effective implementation of our unique curriculum. Our curriculum is designed to be literacy-focused and structured while allowing for flexibility. You will have the creative freedom to design activities that cater to the interests and needs of your students. Collaboration with fellow educators, school administration, families, and the broader community is essential in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must comply with all company and state-specific standards and maintain validation of required credentials.
  • Must meet state-specific educational requirements, which include one of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree with 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
    • Associate degree with 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
    • High School Diploma or GED with an awarded CDA (Child Development Associate).

To succeed in this position, candidates must be able to perform essential duties effectively. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities. This role requires frequent walking, standing, sitting, squatting, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. The position may also involve lifting, using repetitive hand movements, and occasionally pushing or pulling.
