Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services. As a home health Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our supervising OTR to assess patients' conditions and develop personalized plans of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform home health visits to assess patients' conditions and implement treatment plans
  • Document patient care services and progress in electronic systems
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Report patient progress to caregivers, physicians, and agency offices as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Successfully completed a FL-approved COTA associate's degree program from an industry-accredited institution
  • Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training

Location:

We are hiring in Lake, Citrus, Hernando, and Sumter counties.

Job Type:

Per diem, Contract

Professional caregivers:

Homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
