With multiple positions available, we offer an ideal opportunity for Family Medicine and Internal Medicine specialists to grow their careers in a fast-paced environment. The available positions are primarily outpatient-based, with no inpatient or obstetrics requirements. This allows our physicians to focus on providing exceptional care without unnecessary administrative burdens. We also offer full-spectrum patient age ranges, making it possible for professionals to find a suitable fit for their practice style.
One of the key benefits of working with Kettering Health is the range of in-office procedures that can be performed. Our physicians have the flexibility to choose from a variety of options, including skin tag/wart removals, IUD placements, Nexplanon, biopsies, women's exams, joint injections, casting/splinting, and immunizations. This autonomy empowers our professionals to tailor their practices to suit their interests and expertise.

We offer a competitive compensation package, which includes a salary estimate of $250,000 per year, based on national averages for Primary Care physicians in the United States. Additionally, our benefits package includes relocation assistance, qualification for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program, and an early sign-on bonus for eligible physicians.
