Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist to join our team at Novant Health. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic scans and safely operate MRI equipment to obtain high-quality images.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and efficient procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MRI imaging equipment and technology.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography Program or MR Program required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in MRI preferred.
  • NH Medical Center-Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR) within 6 months of hire.
  • IV Credentialed and applicable state license required.
