Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager in Training to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a Store Manager in Training, you will assist the store manager in areas of sales, appearance, and overall operations of the store. Your objective will be to receive hands-on training, preparing you for a management position in another store or future location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the professional and retail operations of the store and team members involved.
  • Responsible for supervising work performed by all team members assigned to the store/HUB store.
  • Train new team members assigned to you and handle team member performance evaluations.
  • Support the store manager by working with the assistant management team to ensure safety compliance and provide training in all areas.
  • Make sales calls with/without the store manager and support the store manager in area of store operations as assigned.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of delivery fleet and maintain records for each vehicle.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program
  • Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
  • Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems
