CFG Health Network is seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team as a Paraprofessional Counselor. This role is responsible for providing direct care and management of patient populations in a partial care treatment center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and management of patient populations, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Assist in psycho-educational groups addressing specific treatment issues and reinforce patient treatment plans.
- Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
- Accurately record daily patient progress and complete required paperwork.

- Annual certification in Handle With Care behavior management system.
