Job Summary:

As the HVAC Lead, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in Putnam City Schools. This role requires strong supervisory skills, computer literacy, and the ability to assign and assist with work orders. You will be responsible for overseeing all repairs, replacements, remodels, and additions, as well as scheduling and overseeing annual state inspections of all HVAC equipment. Additionally, you will assist and advise other trades as needed and stay informed of monthly chemical analysis of heating, cooling, and condenser water loops.

Responsibilities:

Supervise HVAC Crew
Assign and assist with work orders
Oversee all repairs, replacements, remodels, and additions
Schedule and oversee annual state inspections of all HVAC equipment
Assist and advise other trades as needed
Stay informed of monthly chemical analysis of heating, cooling, and condenser water loops
Keep on-call list to ensure someone attends to emergencies or checks equipment on weekends and holidays

Requirements:

Valid driver's license
Valid State of Oklahoma contractor's license
Applicable city contractor's license (Bethany, Oklahoma City, and Warr Acres)
Licensed in boilers, refrigeration, unlimited air conditioning, unlimited heating, natural gas piping, and sheet metal
Good knowledge of HVAC central plants and individual units
