Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Envision Radiology. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing MRI procedures with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with patients to gather medical history and provide clear instructions on procedures and exams.
  • Review patient charts for missed clinical information and screen patients for surgical implants, contrast allergies, and other relevant factors.
  • Obtain prior films and exams as needed, perform high-quality scans, and submit images to radiologists for review.
  • Coordinate scan protocols with radiologists and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with lead technologists and center managers to address departmental concerns and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Two plus years of experience in MRI, preferably with a strong background in magnetic resonance imaging.
  • Ability to educate patients on procedures and provide clear instructions.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a problem solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Current ARRT certification with Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or current ARMRIT certification.
  • Current CPR certification and state medical board license (if applicable).
