Position Summary: As a Hospitality Activities Leader, you embody the spirit of fun and engagement, interacting with guests of all ages and generating innovative ideas to enhance their experience. Your vibrant personality and creativity will shine as you entertain guests with your favorite songs by the poolside. Your remarkable presence will leave a lasting impression, ensuring our guests feel relaxed and welcomed during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and facilitate daily activities as outlined in the monthly activity schedule.
  • Welcome and assist guests as they arrive at the recreational areas.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures to guarantee guest safety and enjoyment.
  • Manage inventory requirements effectively.
  • Conduct cash transactions and manage point of sale operations.
  • Oversee guest dispatching for recreational activities.
  • Lead by example, inspiring motivation and enthusiasm among team members.
  • Maintain clear communication with all team members regarding operational matters and guest interactions.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Experience in recreational hospitality, cruise lines, summer camps, or as a DJ is advantageous.
  • Must obtain CPR/First Aid certifications promptly.

Personal Attributes:

  • Ability to perform well under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and empathetic in approach.
  • Highly customer-focused with a strong need for resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
