Key Responsibilities:

Prepare event spaces as directed by the supervisor.

Participate in pre-event meetings to understand the specifics of the function, including guest and venue expectations.


Serve food and beverages in the designated order and to the satisfaction of the supervisor to maintain consistency throughout the event.

Refill beverages as needed and check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction.

Promptly clear dishes as guests finish each course or at the conclusion of the event.

Address special requests from guests and resolve any complaints that may arise.

Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.

Adhere to sustainability practices aligned with the company's environmental initiatives.

Follow safe working practices; utilize protective equipment and adhere to safety standards.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience in food service is advantageous.

Ability to memorize and articulate menu offerings.

Work Environment:

Work hours may vary and will include weekends and holidays.

Requires prolonged standing, walking, pushing, lifting up to 35 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
