Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join our team at Mavis Tire Supply. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair services
  • Manage the repair shop, including scheduling mechanics/technicians' work and ordering parts
  • Ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, exceeding customer expectations
  • Communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager
  • Provide basic supervisory/leadership skills to effectively manage the team
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
