Key Responsibilities

1. Project Cost Management

Implement the sales and marketing strategy for assigned projects as directed by the Head of Department.

Achieve individual sales targets set for the fiscal year.

Manage customer inquiries regarding product requests for quotations.

Handle customer queries effectively.

2. Project Timeline Management

Assess project requirements with a focus on priority and develop timelines and milestones accordingly.

Decompose complex projects into manageable tasks.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects in a standardized format for future reference.

Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to gather feedback on project progress.

3. Team Management

Ensure project delivery through transparent communication with both internal and external stakeholders regarding quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

Identify suitable cross-functional teams in collaboration with functional heads.

Delegate tasks while considering project objectives and deadlines.

Set timelines for each task and communicate them to the respective teams.

Conduct regular performance reviews of team members and provide constructive feedback as necessary.

4. Reporting & Management Information Systems (MIS)

Prepare standardized, accurate, and clear reports/MIS of work schedules and submit them to the reporting manager within established timelines.

Identify risks and escalate issues related to timelines, costs, and quality.

Critically assess the accuracy of periodically generated reports and implement corrective measures to enhance the quality and utility of the information presented.

Prioritize information that requires immediate attention and action, distinguishing it from information suitable for monthly reporting.

5. Information Security Compliance

Maintain awareness and adherence to applicable information security policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Safeguard information utilized or held in custody in accordance with ARaymond's information security standards.

Report any observed suspicious activities, vulnerabilities, or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
