Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Inspector will adhere to the latest technical data as per the manufacturer's instructions for continued airworthiness, conducting preliminary hidden damage inspections, in-process evaluations, and final inspections in compliance with aviation airworthiness directives and industry standards.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Mastering inspection methods, techniques, tools, and equipment relevant to assigned responsibilities.
- Maintaining proficiency in the use of inspection aids and ensuring they are calibrated and operational.
- Ensuring all inspections are conducted and documented accurately prior to the final approval for service return.
- Replacing failed components to restore functionality.
- Assisting repair technicians and engineers as needed.
- Upholding inventory control practices and interpreting OEM manuals and router instructions.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Powerplant License.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and repair concepts.
- Proficiency with hand and pneumatic tools.
- Ability to isolate failures and complete necessary rework.
- Capability to adhere to company quality standards and perform basic repairs.
- English language proficiency.

Preferred:
- Experience with CFM56 engines.
- Familiarity with Quantum aviation software.
- Spanish language proficiency.
