Medical Policy Manager

About the Role:
Vertafore is a leading technology company that provides innovative software solutions to the insurance industry. We are seeking a skilled Medical Policy Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the pricing strategy for our portfolio of software solutions.
- Leverage expertise in pricing and data analysis to maximize revenue, customer acquisition, and market share.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand pricing trends and opportunities.
- Recommend pricing structure and level changes to optimize pricing across all products.
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategy and overall business goals.
- Own and manage the pricing infrastructure, ensuring accurate and efficient pricing implementation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, preferably in B2B enterprise software.
- Familiarity with sensitivity analysis, cohort analysis, and advanced modeling capabilities.
- Comfortable dealing with uncertainty by creating structure and prioritizing effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and techniques.
