Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect properties and develop accurate job proposals with scopes of work.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts, change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Monitor project budgets, control costs, and provide regular financial updates.
  • Manage job schedules and oversee in-house labor, subcontractors, and material vendors.
  • Ensure strict compliance with job site inspections, safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Insurable driver's license.
  • Previous experience in project management, remodeling, or restoration.
Competencies:
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience with supervising, leading, and developing internal employees and external trades.
  • Adept at using various software applications to produce estimates, schedules, budgets, etc.
