About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated STNA to join our team at Altercare Cambridge, Ohio. As a STNA, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities
  • Provide basic care services, including hygiene, grooming, toileting, mobility, and eating support
  • Understand and promote infection control and prevention practices
  • Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing resident care
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives
