Job Summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Radnor. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense medications using appropriate techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to drug information requests from healthcare providers and patients.
  • Ensure continuity of pharmaceutical care across acute and ambulatory settings.
  • Participate in the management of medical emergencies and adhere to medication-use policies and guidelines.
  • Manage time effectively to fulfill practice responsibilities and comply with accreditation, legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Current pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • PGY1 pharmacy residency (preferred).
  • Previous hospital experience (preferred).
  • Previous infusion, sterile room experience (preferred).
