We are a leader in industry growth, both domestically and internationally, and are seeking a High-Net Worth Insurance Producer to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage local networks and connections to prospect for new business opportunities.
- Focus on developing client relationships and referral opportunities within our High Net Worth – Private Client Practice.
- Ensure client satisfaction through superior customer service, serving as a vital component of our success across all product lines.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, service, and solicitation of various insurance products.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance, with a willingness to continuously learn.
- Proven ability to maximize growth and client retention through exceptional service.
- Demonstrated experience in generating and pursuing new client opportunities.
- Ability to effectively present services and solutions during prospect meetings.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills, with an existing network of relevant contacts being advantageous.
This role is ideal for both seasoned professionals and those newer to the field, with a range of 3-15 years of sales experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in personal insurance sales is highly preferred.
- Background in selling to high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
- Preference for candidates with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
