We are a leader in industry growth, both domestically and internationally, and are seeking a High-Net Worth Insurance Producer to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage local networks and connections to prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Focus on developing client relationships and referral opportunities within our High Net Worth – Private Client Practice.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through superior customer service, serving as a vital component of our success across all product lines.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, service, and solicitation of various insurance products.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance, with a willingness to continuously learn.
  • Proven ability to maximize growth and client retention through exceptional service.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating and pursuing new client opportunities.
  • Ability to effectively present services and solutions during prospect meetings.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, with an existing network of relevant contacts being advantageous.

This role is ideal for both seasoned professionals and those newer to the field, with a range of 3-15 years of sales experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in personal insurance sales is highly preferred.
  • Background in selling to high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
  • Preference for candidates with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent listening skills to efficiently identify clients' needs.
