Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and concise information to callers, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Use systems tools, such as faxing and paging, to assist with call handling.
  • Monitor and respond to access controls, panic alarms, and fire alarms.
  • Dispatch Security Officers to the appropriate locations in response to security calls or alarms.
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge and capabilities during emergency and non-emergency situations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
