About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing in-store shelving standards, selling promotional opportunities, and promoting our client brands in smaller accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute in-store shelving standards and selling promotional opportunities
  • Manage sales, distribution, and merchandising of our brand portfolio within an assigned territory
  • Conduct professional product presentations to current and prospective retail customers
  • Achieve sales goals and build brand presence
  • Build lasting relationships with store managers/owners by providing expert consumer insights and advice

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in retail, client, or food broker
  • Bilingual-Spanish a plus
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Professional sales approach
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about exceptional client service and exceeding sales goals
  • Outgoing and assertive personality
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
  • Must have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Must have a personal vehicle to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
