Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a COTA, you will work closely with students to develop their motor and functional skills, enhancing their academic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to implement effective treatment strategies
  • Assist students in improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall independence
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and report findings to staff and parents

Qualifications:

  • Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work full-time during the specified dates
