Childcare Support Specialist

At New Morning Schools, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional childcare services to families in Southern New Hampshire. Working in our before and after school programs requires enthusiasm, patience, and a collaborative spirit. During these crucial hours, children are either starting or concluding their day, and attentive staff can significantly impact their experience. Each day, your objective should be to connect with every child, even if it's just a brief greeting. Our Team Members serve as role models, and your contribution can truly make a difference.
Program Details
- Our off-site School Age Program operates within a local elementary school.
- Work hours are flexible, typically ranging from early morning to late afternoon, Monday through Friday.
- We provide adaptable scheduling options.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome children as they arrive.
- Engage with all children throughout the day.
- Execute daily tasks as directed by the Site Director.
- Maintain cleanliness as necessary.
- Supervise children under the guidance of the Site Director or Group Leader.
- Assist in serving snacks.
- Help organize recreational activities and crafts.
Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 15 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with school-aged children.
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Completion of a Babysitting Course.
