Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Representative to join our Breast Health team at VHC Health. As a Patient Care Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, meetings, and registrations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer and route telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate insurance verifications and preauthorizations to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Process payments and complete daily batching tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and prepare charts for clinic sessions.
  • Provide assistance and support to physicians, Practice Manager, and clinical staff as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Two Years Office/Clerical Experience Required
  • Two Years Healthcare/Medical - Primary Care/Office Experience Required
