Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop architectures for clients to meet their business needs
  • Document system changes and enhancements for quality assurance to ensure seamless integration
  • Build, deploy, monitor, analyze, and manage applications to optimize performance
  • Manage the change control management process for future changes, releases, updates, and enhancements of the ERP system
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
  • Provide end-user training and assist clients with day-to-day issues, problems, and questions
  • Work with developers, integrators, project managers, and business partners to enhance and upgrade systems
  • Provide guidance on system changes and enhancements to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in internal systems and processes
  • Work with technical teams to diagnose and correct program issues
  • Manage projects through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Manage work through Agile tools/methodology, collaborative repositories, issue tracking platforms, and wikis
  • Support critical production systems to ensure stability, uptime, and performance
  • Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and techniques to stay ahead of the curve
  • Develop team members by providing coaching and process guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Create and uphold technology standards, processes, and audit methodologies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Obtain one (1) certification in area of technical expertise per year to stay current and competitive

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in systems engineering with enterprise clients in a progressive management consulting or professional services firm
  • Strong server and networking knowledge (Windows/Azure management), automation, Microsoft SQL Databases, IIS,.NET-based web applications, and programming skills in C#, PowerShell, and other.NET technologies
  • Current Microsoft IT certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, MCSD, or MCTS
  • Excellent customer service skills, organization, time management, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills for troubleshooting networking issues, database issues, and application performance using tools like Visual Studio, SQL Profiler, and browser debuggers
  • Passion for technology, lifelong learning, and professional development, with experience working with enterprise customers and Microsoft or other cloud solutions
  • Experience with AX/D365FO architecture, system engineering, and deployments preferred
