Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy leadership, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality care are maintained in our pharmacies.
  • Pharmacy Operations and Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacies, including inventory management, personnel management, and workflow optimization.
  • Customer Service and Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Business Growth and Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency in our pharmacies.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, and active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience in pharmacy leadership and management, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
