IBN DRR Specialist

EDAG Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IBN DRR Specialist to support the project manager for the Electric/Electronic integration and buildability of a vehicle project.

• Prepare Commissioning Status overviews and deviation reports.
• Calculate daily DRR reports with focus on each IBN station, including CP6, C7, and CP8, with top 3 errors and trends.
• Communicate status reports and request countermeasure updates to other groups.
• Organize Project Status meetings to present status reports for Commissioning vehicles in pre-series.
• Track AWE and AEKO Status in project and keep expiration times up to date, escalating extensions in a timely manner and presenting weekly status.
• Provide IBN Direct Run Rate (DRR) status on a daily basis for all IBNs, including CP6, CP7, and CP8, with top 3 errors for each IBN, trend, and communicate to causing department to request countermeasures and clean points.
• Present IBN DRR report in project meetings and distribute to project team members.
• Hand over reporting to SOP to Assembly Team for future reporting.
• Support root cause analysis in Assembly and Finish.
• Follow up with TE Project Manager/SET and Fachgruppen Speaker for Traffic light sheet timings and alignment.

• Degree in Electric/Electronic engineering or proof of similar qualification.
• Experiences in organization and leading of project teams.
• Fluent in English, with > 2 years of experiences in related job field.
• Good knowledge in MS office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to summarize complex topics into easy and quick understandable messages.

Preferred:

• 5+ years job related experience with automotive background.
• Good understanding of change management and its implications.
• Able to read and talk German or Spanish.
• Experiences in Automotive Project Management.
• Knowledge of Automotive Electric/Electronics.
