As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions, conducting psychosocial assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with diverse mental health needs.
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify patient strengths and challenges.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address patient goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field (Level I) or Master's degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field (Level II-III).
- Two years of experience in medical crisis intervention and knowledge of community resources (Level I) or five years of experience working in a healthcare setting (Level II-III).
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association and completion of a patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program certification.
- Eligibility for LCMHC and/or LADC licensure (Level II) or required for Level III.
- Experience in individual and family therapy.
- Knowledge of group theory and dynamics, with experience in facilitating and co-facilitating psychosocial and skill-building groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Windows desktop application and navigation skills.
BHC I: Salary range: $47, $75,800.00
BHC II: Salary range: $50, $
BHC III: Salary range: $54, $87,193.00
