Job Title:
Electrical Assembler

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team at Aerotek. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electrical wire harnesses, building switchgear, control boxes, and control panels for various train stations, subways, airports, and other infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow point-to-point wiring diagrams to assemble electrical wire harnesses
  • Build switchgear, control boxes, and control panels for various infrastructure projects
  • Utilize splicers, crimpers, and other tools to build units
  • Run, bend, and install conduit
  • Pull wire and large cable
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with other tasks as requested by management

Requirements:
  • Must have electrical assembly and/or point-to-point wiring experience
  • Must be able to read electrical schematics
  • Must be comfortable working with various hand and power tools
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as needed
  • Must be able to perform basic tasks on a computer
  • Must be able to work standing up as well as overhead, on a ladder, and in other awkward positions
