About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in your area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to provide high-quality products to our members.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, and interact with associates to understand roadblocks and assist in training.
