**Job Summary**
US HealthCare Careers is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Spine team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, working collaboratively with our orthopedic physicians to treat disorders of the spine.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide care to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting
* Work under the supervision of orthopedic physicians
* Collaborate with the Spine team to develop and implement treatment plans
* Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
* Perform procedures and surgeries as needed
**Requirements**
* 1-5 years of experience in Orthopedic surgery
* Master's degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner studies
* Current valid Massachusetts license
**Benefits**
* Up to 24 days of paid time off
* Up to 3 personal holiday days
* Up to one week of paid CME time off per calendar year
* CME reimbursement of up to $1,500 per calendar year
* Reimbursement of licensure renewal fees
