Position Overview:

As a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of T-ROC, showcasing your expertise in wireless products and services while delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Compensation:

Pay ranges from $12 to $20 per hour, complemented by performance-based incentives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Must be approachable and willing to engage with customers.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and personal development.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
