Sales Professional in Medical Devices

We are a leading provider of medical devices focused on Patient and Clinician Safety, serving hospitals and outpatient surgery centers across Shreveport, LA, and Tyler, TX. Our fast-growing industry offers exciting career opportunities for top-performing Sales Professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of B2B sales success, extensive cold-calling experience, and excellent communication and time management skills. You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
In return, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus guaranteed commissions, uncapped commissions, and various bonus opportunities. You will also have access to tuition reimbursement, health benefits, and a 401K plan.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience
- Documented sales rankings and cold-calling experience
- Proven communication, relationship-building, and time management skills
- 4-year College Degree
