The Voss Auto Network is a leading provider of automotive services, and we are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software. They will be responsible for posting checks to the proper account, sending daily deposits to the accounting office, and invoicing repair orders and insurance forms.

A key aspect of this role is the preparation of payroll information on a weekly basis, as well as the daily input of final billing information into the Reynolds and Reynolds system. The successful candidate will also have experience with Word and Excel, as well as payroll software.

This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to work closely with the Voss Auto Network staff each day.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 2 weeks of paid vacation after one year of service.
