Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a school district near Richboro, Pennsylvania. As an SLPA, you will work alongside a Speech Pathologist, providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders
  • Work alongside a Speech Pathologist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support students' communication needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students' communication development

Requirements:

  • Active Pennsylvania SLPA License
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Prior school-based experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
