Position Overview

Bowser Automotive, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated Nissan Sales Consultant who will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sale of both new and pre-owned vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, comprehensive product knowledge, and a solid understanding of the Bowser sales approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of all products and inventory.
  • Clearly articulate the features and advantages of various vehicle models.
  • Accurately assess customer needs to qualify them for vehicle purchases.
  • Stay informed about competitors' offerings and their respective strengths and weaknesses.
  • Utilize demonstration drives effectively to highlight product features.
  • Participate actively in all sales training sessions.
  • Complete necessary documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Engage in follow-up communications with owners and prospects.
  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and red flag policies.
  • Achieve established sales and customer service goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Follow safety protocols as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Sales Certificate or the capability to obtain one from the State of Pennsylvania.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, typically 8 hours per workday.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.
